Oleha have obtained products only from their most reliable and trusted sources of supply to ensure quality and consistency of manufacture from experienced craftsmen. This particular Oleha product range comes with a FIVE YEAR* warranty covering the construction, design and specified lifetime of the furniture.
 

You have automatic and comprehensive statutory rights to cover the suitability of your purchase for outdoor use, but we are so confident in the weather resistant qualities of the materials, particularly with our unique WECO woven resin that we are prepared to extend the 5 years from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This assurance is to be considered an extra benefit and does not affect your consumer’s rights in any way whatsoever.
 

The warranty will be valid only if maintenance has been carried out in accordance with Oleha’s recommended care instructions. For the first 2 years, at Oleha’s discretion, products will be repaired or parts replaced at no charge, then during the extended period, parts will be replaced providing that:
•  Oleha are contacted and advised in order that a Collection Note is issued and the requested proof of purchase is returned with the goods.
•  The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, defined as usual deterioration as a result of regular use such as weathering or fading, or to marks dents or scuffs.
•  The product has not been subject to any misuse, abuse or mishandling, nor placed in an abnormal environment, or purchased for commercial use.
•  The product has only ever been repaired, modified or altered by Oleha and not by any other person or company.
•  Our rattan furniture is warranty 1500 hours sun exposure. Please to keep your furniture under shadow most of the time. Permanent sun exposure will damage your furniture and won’t be covered under our warranty
 

This does not cover damage loss or other conditions beyond Oleha’s control such as damage resultant from infestation, negligence, improper handling or acts of God such as wind damage, hurricanes, tornados, floods, fire and any other event due to natural causes nor to damage caused by the improper use of a parasol.
 

If a particular product is no longer available, Oleha reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model.
 

Cushion covers are excluded from the extended warranty but have a standard two year guarantee subject to proper storage.
 

This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above.
 

The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage.
 

To report a fault or make a claim under warranty please contact Oleha’s distributor where you made your purchase.
 

The problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in material or workmanship any repair or replacement will be made at Oleha’s discretion and any products or defective parts replaced shall become Oleha’s property.

Passion furniture are proud of our reputation with high quality rattan furniture and we confident that your furniture will last you for many years. In the unlikely event of a problem customers are asked to contact the distributor to whom they purchased the furniture from.
 

Warranty -Terms and Conditions:

  • All cushions and frames must be Passion Furniture Products.
  • Goods must be purchased through a valid Passion Furniture Distributor.
  • Cushion designs are available within 10 years of purchase. We reserve the rights to alter designs and may offer a suitable alternative.
  • The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, defined as usual deterioration as a result of regular use such as weathering or fading, or to marks dents or scuffs.
  • The product has not been subject to any misuse, abuse or mishandling, nor placed in an abnormal environment, or purchased for commercial use.

  • Proof of Purchase may be required for Registration to be completed and authenticated.

Repair or Replace

 
In the event of a problem, Customer are asked to contact the distributor where the goods were purchased. Our distributor will arrange inspection of the product. The distributor may ask for photographic evidence from the Customer to assist the investigation process. Any problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in material or workmanship any repair or replacement will be made at Passion Furniture’s Distributor discretion and any products or defective parts replaced shall become our distributor’s property.

If a particular product is no longer available, Passion Furniture reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model.
